| The Council of Four is founded by a group of deviants, whose main goal is to surround ourselves in the world of art, and cause as much mischief as possible. THE RULES AND GUIDELINES OF THE ROOM! 1. Please no random a/s/l checks. If you must know, note the person or go to their page. The only case where this is permitted is when a CouncilMember or an Operator is concerned about the possibility of an underage deviant in violation of dA rules. 2. No personal attacks, insults, or threats of any kind. These will not be tolerated, and will be dealt with as seen fit be the active staff member at that time. 3. Please do not type in all CAPS. Caps should only be used to convey emotion, which is hard enough to do over the internet. We would prefer that you do not SHOUT AT US ALL THE TIME. 4. No spamming. This includes repeated postings of text, pictures, emoticons, smilies, avatars, links, websites, other chat rooms, and porn. You will be banned if the content of your posts are considered pornographic or cybering. Remember that these rooms are accessible by young children. Promoting another room is also considered spamming unless permission is granted by a staff member. 5. The use of profanity is acceptable, but do not over do it. However, the use of derogatory language is not acceptable and is also in violation of rule #2. We also will not tolerate the use of words like "gay" outside of proper context. It is offensive. You will be dealt with in whatever manner the active staff member see fit. 6. Do not do things to attention whore. This means do not talk about committing suicide, cutting, or how 'no one loves me'. If you really do need to talk to someone. Tell a staff member. We will do what we can to get you into a private room to talk. BE ADVISED...None of the staff of this room are professionals in any way, and the only things that we can offer is advise. We are not responsible for anything that you are unhappy with that may be said, or if you end off worse than you started. 7. The Bots are not your toys. Casual use of the bots are acceptable by those who know what they are doing. Otherwise, they are not to play with. 8. Fighting with the staff will not be tolerated. Let the staff do their job. They were promoted for a reason. If you feel that you have been unfairly banned or kicked,or mistreated by a staff member, you can plead you case by sending a note with the log of the offense to ~PommeDeSangReal or =Flaming-Spirit.
